This is a state-of-the-art four-star boutique hotel with an attached spa, designed to offer a fully immersive relaxation experience, successfully blending the serene blue lake waters with the lush green landscapes of Mount Baldo. Beatus shading systems are used on the roofs and coverings of three distinct areas: the lakeside, outdoor hot spring pool, and leisure zones. The interior door systems provide convenience and maximize views.

The project features extensive swimming pools and sunbathing areas, enhancing the resort atmosphere. The spacious pool area provides the perfect spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun, while surrounding loungers and greenery blend leisure with nature, offering guests a private retreat. The sunbathing zones also serve as ideal spaces for socializing and relaxing, whether reading during leisure time or enjoying quality moments with friends.

Each room follows a minimalist style with clean lines and refined furniture, creating a modern, comfortable living experience. Spacious balconies allow guests to bask in sunlight and enjoy scenic views, connecting the indoors with the outdoors for an open, relaxing atmosphere.

Bar:

The bar area is designed with a classic Italian sophistication, blending simplicity with luxury. The carefully crafted bar and soft lighting create an elegant, relaxing social space, perfect for enjoying fine drinks or unwinding with friends, further elevating the resort’s overall ambiance.

Awning

The awning system is applied to three distinct areas: the lakeside, outdoor hot spring pool, and leisure zones. The louvered roof is the best solution for this project, featuring movable slats that can fully open the roof and adjust light and air flow as needed.

Additionally, wind-resistant roller shutters with integrated tracks are used for lateral closure of each pergola — on one or more sides — creating protected spaces.

To ensure nighttime usability, an LED strip system illuminates the installed structure from the inside, enhancing the charm of the space at sunset and during the evening.

Door

The system features ultra-narrow frame sliding doors on each balcony, providing unobstructed, expansive views and enhancing the panoramic experience. These sleek doors blend seamlessly with the hotel’s modern design.

The indoor pool area is equipped with trackless hinged doors, maintaining design consistency across the hotel. These doors operate smoothly while preserving the openness and flow of the space, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere throughout the public areas.
