With nearly 20 years of experience, we ensure high quality and on-time delivery. We have two production facilities in Qingyuan and Foshan, Guangdong, and welcome visits by appointment.

Lead time varies based on the complexity and size of the order. On average, production takes between 4 to 6 weeks after final order confirmation. We will provide an accurate timeline based on your specific project requirements.

Standard window and door products are delivered fully assembled. For other products, we provide professional instructions (PDF/Video) to guide you in installing them easily and correctly. Each order is assigned a specific engineer for support.

Upon receiving the project information from the client (such as drawings and specifications), our team will communicate further with the client to clarify project details. We will then provide an initial quotation within 3 to 5 business days.

03 What is the payment process for orders?

We typically require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Payment methods include bank transfer or letter of credit (L/C), depending on the agreement.

04 Can I track my order status?

Yes, each project is assigned a dedicated project manager who will provide updates throughout the entire process, from design and production to trial fitting, inspection, shipment, and delivery. We ensure full transparency at every stage.
