Yuanchi Residential
The Yuanchi Residential project in Chengdu features modern design elements that break away from traditional boxy shapes, horizontal and vertical lines. Using prefabricated components, the building shape is defined with 3D curved lines in both vertical and horizontal dimensions. Beatus is responsible for the curved metalwork, doors and windows, railings, and other products, solving key junction connection issues.

◀ Design Concept
The design of the building draws inspiration from the fluidity and inclusiveness of water, blending contemporary architecture with Eastern aesthetics. The facade uses prefabricated components to create rounded curves, with a geometric panel arrangement that reflects the modern trend of technological aesthetics.
▲ Art Life Center
The main structure of the Art Life Center is integrated into the existing terrain with four stepped volumes, each serving different functions such as reception, children's play area, and others. It will eventually serve as the main entrance to the community.
The iconic rounded curves and dynamic, flowing arcs give the facade a digital, micro-framed full-screen appearance, reflecting the contemporary trend of technological aesthetics.

Metalwork
Selecting the right metalwork process was challenging: aluminum profiles are delicate at the ends but can break when bent with large cross-sections, while aluminum sheets have better bending properties but less precision at the ends. After several rounds of discussion, we decided to weld the aluminum profiles to the curved aluminum sheets at the back, leaving the seam at the corners and using an atomized gray sanding process for finishing.
Window & Door

The project features high-end systems such as the casement window system, lift-and-slide door system, and awning window system. The casement windows offer excellent ventilation and security.

The awning window system, with its slanted design, effectively prevents rainwater from entering while maintaining interior ventilation, making it suitable for various climates.

The lift-and-slide door system provides a smooth operation experience and maximizes the view, enhancing the sense of space. These high-end systems achieve a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.
Railing
The Beatus frameless railing system features staggered stacking and curved glass that fits seamlessly with the architecture's curvature. The cost of the curved glass is approximately 1.5 times that of regular glass of the same size.
