The five-story office building features a boxy, geometric design. The main structure is a transformation of an old factory, with parts of the original internal framework preserved during the renovation. The new design gracefully avoids the noise and chaos of its industrial past, offering an elegant rebirth. Beatus is responsible for all the doors, windows, railings, and a portion of the metalwork.

Expressing Eastern aesthetics through Western design principles, this building transforms the understanding of life into architectural beauty, balancing functionality, design, and artistry. The building's exterior façade embraces minimalism, with window grids as points, curtains as lines, and light and shadow as planes. Elegant yet restrained, it finds a harmonious balance between stability and lightness, individuality and unity.

The interior is predominantly adorned in shades of gray, with contemporary furniture displayed in harmony with the textured walls. The minimalist and orderly arrangement creates a bright yet gentle office atmosphere, blending subtle elements of classical and industrial design to form a unique architectural beauty.

In this project, the design of windows, doors, and railings focuses on minimalism and functionality.
Windows: A combination of awning window and sliding windows provides excellent ventilation and natural light. The awning windows are weather-resistant, while the sliding windows simplify operation and offer wider views.
Doors: The main entrance uses an electric sliding door for convenience and security, while the top floor features a lift-and-slide door, offering expansive views and enhanced ventilation.
Railings: The frameless railing system blends seamlessly with the architecture, ensuring safety while maintaining a transparent, modern aesthetic.
These design elements work together to create a clean, contemporary space.
