The Zhitiangfu residential project, located in Chongqing, China, is a design-focused development that balances comfort with architectural aesthetics. The building's facade adopts a modern style, drawing inspiration from the "Curvism" design philosophy of architectural master Antoni Gaudí. The project incorporates streamlined cruise ship contours to enhance its overall quality, while the simple horizontal and vertical divisions emphasize the curved elements. Rounded corner curves are used to frame the design, creating an arc-shaped, diamond-like artistic facade that elevates the quality of the project.

The sales office building of features a symmetrical architectural composition. The ground floor unfolds along the park interface with an expansive landscape wall, while the second-floor box structure floats above, creating a dynamic and impactful community image. Beatus is responsible for the architectural products in the demonstration area, including the metal grille facade, railings, decorative metalwork, and low-e glass curtain walls.

The residential lobby's architectural base is constructed using a combination of deep gray aluminum panels and dark warm gray faux-stone aluminum panels, creating a sense of grandeur and stability. The unit entrances feature a refined connection between curved stone and curved glass, with meticulous detailing that adds the finishing touch. This design beautifully blends traditional aesthetics with a minimalist modern style, giving the building a timeless yet contemporary feel.

From the perspective of metal processing and project requirements, the use of anodized antique bronze and grille-patterned panels not only offers an attractive appearance but also provides exceptional corrosion resistance and durability, ensuring stable color and texture over time.
The precise metalworking techniques allow the grille panels to accurately reflect complex designs while meeting functional needs such as ventilation and lighting. Their lightweight and wind-resistance properties make them ideal for high-end commercial and residential projects, enhancing the building's visual impact while ensuring ease of installation and maintenance.
Railing System
The sales center’s second floor features a Balustrade glass railing system, with an inward folding design that follows the building's curvature, ensuring a seamless flow and harmony with the overall architectural form.
In the platform area, the use of the frameless railing system maximizes the unobstructed view, avoiding the visual obstruction often caused by traditional railing systems. The frameless design seamlessly integrates the railing with the surrounding environment.
