The Shandong Zibo Jin Cheng Residential project is a large-scale community residential development, divided into a residential area and a display area. Beatus has successfully assisted in the completion of the display area, providing a range of high-quality building products, including glass curtain walls, entrance doors, aluminum exterior walls and ceilings, railings, and more. These products not only enhance the modern aesthetic and visual impact of the display area but also ensure the functionality and safety of the building.

In the symmetrical architectural layout, the demonstration area is strategically located on the south side of the main axis, near the primary entrance and connected to the residential commercial spaces. The design concept for the demonstration area is based on the theme of "Future City We City." Through the evolutionary stages of "elevation, guidance, leap, shaping, and placement," a symbolic and prestigious community entrance is created. The design is complemented by a landscaped front yard and rear courtyard, further enhancing the overall ambiance and appeal of the area.

The exterior facade design of the demonstration area features a combination of aluminum panels and glass curtain wall systems, eschewing complicated decorative elements. The unique shapes and flowing curves intersect, evoking a sense of futuristic technology, resembling a grand interstellar spaceship.

Facade
By using the seamless facade system to wrap around the irregular curved shapes, this design focuses on complex textures and intricate details, enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal and uniqueness. The precise control of the aluminum panel and glass joint seams and connection nodes ensures a seamless transition between the two materials, creating a fluid, flowing curved form for the building. This approach fosters a sense of refined order and an elegant, minimalist atmosphere.
Ceiling
The ceiling is made of perforated panels, anodized in an antique bronze color. Combined with lighting and a waterfall feature, this design creates a luxurious and striking effect.
Architecture Canopy
At the top of the demonstration area, the developer wanted to customize two metal canopies to enhance both the design and functionality of the project. Beatus designed and manufactured elliptical louvered canopies to meet this requirement.
Railing System
The ground-level Chinese-style courtyard features a Balustrade glass railing system, where the columns are designed to provide both safety and a futuristic aesthetic. The sleek, minimalist design of the glass panels allows for unobstructed views of the garden, maintaining the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the traditional courtyard.
